4, twenty copies of the trademark design;

5, apply for the registration of trademarks of pharmaceuticals;
In addition to the 1-4 data, should also be attached to the provincial (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government) health department, Bureau issued a "drug production enterprise license" or "drug license" copy, in three copies;
6, apply for the registration of the cigarette, cigar or packaged cut tobacco trademarks; in addition to the 1-4 information outside, still should copy of the certificate of approval of the state organ in charge of tobacco production, in three copies;
7, foreign enterprises or individuals to apply for trademark registration in China; in addition to the 1-4 data, also submitted its effective registration certificate or a copy of ID card, in three copies.
